Motor As'Phalte was created on 1 February 2026 to bring a more methodical reading of a market where paperwork opacity, information gaps and sales shortcuts remain common.
The business focuses on three connected services: importing used vehicles from across Europe to France, third-party purchasing and selling imported vehicles prepared for the French market.
The goal is not to promise speed at any cost. It is to scope the request, verify the available information, organise the useful logistics and deliver a vehicle with full French compliance, including tax clearance, registration and the default 6-month commercial warranty.

We review the vehicle history, available paperwork, stated mileage and the overall consistency of the file before going further.
We organise the steps needed for transport, vehicle follow-up and the administrative preparation of the import file.
We prepare the elements required for French registration, including the tax clearance certificate and the French registration file.
The vehicle is prepared for a clear handover in the Île-de-France region with an easy-to-read file and the relevant warranty information.
